Is there a minimum amount I need to order? Yes, the minimum order requirement is $35 before shipping costs.
When does pricing change? We change pricing weekly. Our produce pricing is 100% based off of the market value. Pricing, including weekly sales change each Saturday.
How Much Is Shipping? Shipping is FREE for orders that are $75 or more for deliveries in Greater Victoria and Sooke. Shipping is FREE for orders that are $100 or more in Nanaimo and Metro Vancouver. Order under these thresholds? No worries, flat rate shipping is available; $6.95 for Greater Victoria/Sooke & $8.95 for Nanaimo & Vancouver.
How Often Do You Add New Products? We aim to 'drop' new products weekly, on Saturdays!
What are your COVID protocols? Our delivery drivers are following protocol with doing everything possible to protect you and themselves. Your product will be dropped at your doorway for you to grab once we have left the premise. Learn more about our protocols, HERE.
What do I do if I have an issue with my order? While we hope not to have that happen, if there is any issue with your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to sort it out.
How do I know when my order had been delivered? You will receive a text message when we are on route as well as when we have dropped at your door.
Can I get my order on the days you don't deliver? Please contact us if you have a special day request with your reasoning and we will do our best to facilitate it.
Is there a limit to how much I can order? Unless the product is labelled with a limited order quantity per order, you can order as much as you like!
Where do you deliver to? We deliver throughout the Greater Victoria area: Sidney to Colwood / Langford and Sooke as well as Nanaimo and Metro Vancouver.
Is there a cut off time for placing an order? Yes, orders need to be placed by 12pm the day before desired delivery date. For example, if you'd like your order on Tuesday, you need to ensure you place your order on the Monday before by 12pm.
Will you ever do same day service? We originally had same day delivery service as an option. Unfortunately, we have grown too large for that to be feasible. However, we hope to bring back same day service as a premium service in the future.
The product I want says it's sold out. When will it be back in stock? We try our best to not have any products sell out. That being said, we work with a vast network of vendors and suppliers and sometimes out of stocks are out of our control. We order products and refresh our inventory daily. If the product you are looking for is out of stock, we aim to have it back in inventory the following business day, barring any vendor/supplier backorders. If you have a certain product in mind, use the live chat feature or email us to get a more specific ETA on it's arrival.
