Pizza Dough - La Pasta (Local)
1 Ball = 1 Unit
Allow dough to defrost from frozen and come to room temperature, this will take a few hours. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. On a lightly floured surface, place the dough and dust with more flour. Using your hands or a rolling pin, flatten the dough into a thin circle. Transfer dough onto an oven safe tray with parchment paper. Top with your favorite sauce and toppings and bake on middle oven rack for 8-12 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and bottom of pizza is crisp. Enjoy!
